- Ensuring a comprehensive management-system approach for the protection and consideration of minorities, vulnerable groups, and persons with special needs;
- Strictly preventing all forms of discrimination affecting internal and/or external stakeholders across its operations, including discrimination based on race, colour, sex, religion, political opinion, national extraction, or social origin, as defined by the International Labour Organization (ILO);
- Refraining from employing young workers or child labour in its operations and ensuring a working environment that supports and safeguards the future of interns and vocational school students undertaking vocational training;
- Rejecting all forms of forced or compulsory labour;
- Respecting human rights and conducting all activities in compliance with applicable legal and other requirements;
- Respecting the rights of communities in the regions where it operates;
- Participating in social responsibility projects within the scope of its own activities and in projects to which it can contribute;
- Ensuring customer health and safety in the management of its products and services;
- Respecting intellectual and industrial property rights;
- Ensuring open and transparent communication with all relevant parties.
